Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Dubai Florist Finder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
Fees & Tiers
Dubai Florist Finder provides a platform for business discovery. Our fee structure for florists is as follows:
Non-Refundable Policy:The Verification Fee is strictly non-refundable once the verification process has been initiated, as it covers the administrative costs of business validation.
Service Tiers & Media Gallery
Tier 2 (Neighborhood Featured) includes an Extended Multi-paragraph Business Biography and a Premium Media Gallery limited to a maximum of five (5) media items in total, which may include one (1) video file (maximum 30 seconds, 50MB).
No Guarantee of Results
Dubai Florist Finder provides a directory platform and marketing services. While we aim to increase visibility for your business, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, website visits, or sales resulting from your listing or any paid subscription tier.
Accuracy of Information
The business owner or authorized representative is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the data they provide for their listing. Dubai Florist Finder does not verify the content of every listing and is not responsible for any inaccuracies.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dubai Florist Finder or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.
